Q: Do you have a rewards program? 

A: Yes! Our Udall Insider Rewards program allows you to earn Udall Insider Points, which can be redeemed for discounts on your next Udall Caribbean purchase. To sign up, simply click on the REWARDS icon and create an account. Next step? Start earning points!

IMPORTANT: Udall Insider Points cannot be used to purchase gift certificates and cannot be exchanged for cash. The total number of points used on each individual purchase cannot exceed 10% of the purchase price.

Q: Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?
A: Yes; we've added the ability to purchase gift certificates through our website. Happy gift-giving!

IMPORTANT: Gift certificates are non-refundable. (Udall Insider Points cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.)

Q: Do you have a layaway or "buy now pay later" option? Yes; through our partnership with PayPal we're pleased to offer the following two financing options: "Pay in 4" and "PayPal Credit." You can learn more about these options by clicking on the "Buy Now Pay Later" PayPal banner on each product page.

Q: Do you provide free shipping?

Q: I want to pay using my credit/debit card, not PayPal. How do I do this?  
A:  Udall Caribbean's preferred payment method is PayPal. (PayPal is the faster, more secure way to pay online.) You can pay using your credit/debit card but payment must be routed through PayPal for product delivery tracking and security purposes.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order? 
A: Items are made to order and will be shipped four (4) weeks after you place your order. The posted shipping time frame is also listed on the individual product page. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties in obtaining authorization. Q: Is there a way to know how far down the chain will fall on me?
A: Depending on body type, the location of where the chain falls may vary. Please visit https://udallcaribbean.com/chain-length-reference/ for a reference guide.

Q: I’d like to order a different chain length. How do I go about doing this?
A: Please email us at order@udallcaribbean.com with the chain length you desire. We’ll do our best to accommodate your length request. Please note that if you are requesting a longer chain length, an additional cost may be incurred.

Q: Do you carry your jewelry pieces in a brick-and-mortar store? 
A: No, not at this time. Purchases can be made online via our eboutique.
